Rosén assists clients in the financial sector on matters relating to business development, framework conditions, licensing processes, organisation, corporate governance, transactions and disputes. Customers include banks, credit institutions, insurance companies, investment companies andalternative investment fund (AIF) managers.

Rosén has in-depth knowledge of financial compliance issues, company law, finacial collatoral and debt collection law. He is frequently asked to issue legal opinions and perform assessments in these areas. He also has experience as an arbitrator.

Rosén’s approach to cases focuses on understanding the various interests in play, quickly recognising the relevant issues, identifying appropriate solutions and taking an active stance on the strategic choices involved, to ensure the best possible outcome for the client. He has published a number of books and articles, and regularly lectures in relevant forums.

Solid recruitment and strong growth for capital markets at Arntzen de Besche

In the first half of 2021, the M&A and Capital Markets team enjoyed an increase in turnover of 40 percent, compared to the first half of the previous year. Solid recruitment of competent lawyers over the last three years has broadened the general expertise and industry knowledge required in a market with increasingly complex assignments. In addition to favourable financial results, the team has also caught the attention of international ranking agency IFLR1000, which recently ranked Arntzen de Besche in Tier 2, the second highest level, in the Capital Markets Debt and Capital Markets Equity categories.
