We also participate in the negotiations of the terms of a loan agreement and associated documentation, such as intercreditor agreements, where applicable. We assist with the following:

  • loan agreements, syndicated and bilateral
  • guarantee and security documents
  • acquisition financing
  • project financing
  • structured financing
  • leasing
  • derivatives
  • restructuring and insolvency (link)

Our lawyers have extensive knowledge of banking and financing and several of them possess in-house experience from banks and know the financing processes from multiple angles. We have a broad international network of contacts and long experience in coordinating cross-border financing. In cases where financing includes issues related to other legal areas, such as tax law, petroleum law, securities law, or other legal areas, we consult with specialists from other departments in our firm.
