Marte Eide Amundsen

Marte is a part of the subject group for technology and innovation. She primarily advices clients on matters concerning data privacy law, intellectual property law, technology, contract, media and marketing. Marte has multiple years of experience in assisting Norwegian and international clients, both in the public and private sector, with a wide range of issues within the fields of technology and compliance.

She wrote her master thesis on the topic “Copyright in bankruptcy – whether, and to what extent, the bankruptcy estate may seize copyrights”.
