Næstvold assists employers and employees with inquiries, negotiations and advocacy in connection with the termination of employment contracts, reorganisations and business transfers. He advises on the whole range of Norwegian employment law and international recruitment issues.

During the past six years, Næstvold has been contracted out to Telenor ASA for extended periods. There he has worked as an integral part of corporate support and HR. In addition, he has considerable experience of assisting international companies intending to send employees or establish operations in Norway and Norwegian companies wishing to send employees abroad. He frequently provides transaction-related assistance, negotiates executive employment contracts and designs bonus and incentive schemes.
