We regularly handle cases concerning state aid law issues in relation to the transport sector and the framework for compensation in public sector contracts, both related to passenger and goods transport by boat and ferry, and passenger transport by bus. The transport sector faces competition law issues in connection with market power, access to infrastructure and cooperation.
