Handberg primarily assists Norwegian and international clients with legal advice, dispute resolution and litigation in matters concerning employment law. She has assisted both private and public sector companies with personnel cases and comprehensive labour disputes, including cases of whistleblowing and cooperation disputes.
Handberg has experience with dispute resolution and litigation in connection with terminations, dismissals, restructuring and redundancy.
Handberg wrote her master’s thesis on labour law and temporary agency workers’ right to permanent employment with the hirer. She has in-depth knowledge of temporary labour, and has assisted with framework agreements regulating temporary work.
