Jørgen Heggeriset Talsnes

Jørgen mainly works with dispute resolution and advice in the areas of contract law, tort law, company law and insurance law. He has experience as a deputy judge and has the knowledge and skills needed to litigate cases before the ordinary courts.

Jørgen has also worked on a number of large and medium-sized projects in the border area between public procurement and construction law. In these projects, Jørgen has assisted with ongoing advice to developers, and dispute resolution before both the courts and the Norwegian Complaints Board for Public Procurement.

Jørgen is described as sociable and with a strong presence by his colleagues. He has good communication skills, which the clients he works for value highly.
