Asgeir specialises in corporate law and M&A. He primarily assists clients with acquisitions, sales, and general corporate and contract law issues.

As part of his Master of Laws degree, Asgeir holds a Postgraduate Diploma in International Finance Law from Queen Mary University of London. His master's thesis in corporate law is titled "Legal Continuity in Mergers - Effects of Mergers on the Contractual Counterparties of the Transferor Company.

The transaction marks an important strategic step when KPMG sharpens its focus on larger clients, while Cedra enters the market as a new player with strong foundations for success.

Our core team consisted of Lars Horgen Hinze, Martina Jonryd and Asgeir Lehmann, Øyvind Greaker Bjørndal and Eyvind Sandvik.

KPMG divests part of its business to Cedra

ARC consists of Above, Ariel, Conversionista, Cupole, Curamando, Curious Mind, Fabrique, Goods, Heydays, Kurppa Hosk, Kurppa Hosk Communications, Mission Anew, Q42 and Umain. With its 1100 employees spread across the Nordic countries, the Netherlands, and the USA, ARC Arise Consulting has solid growth ambitions both nationally and regionally. 

The company plans to further expand its presence in Norway by recruiting more consultants and specialists in the years to come.

Complementary expertise will further strengthen ARC

Oceans was launched in 2022 as a merger of advertising agencies Los & Co, Los & Co Drammen and Aleksander Reklamebyrå, the consulting and growth company Tba, the design agency Neue, and the technology company Modulær. Their complementary expertise will further strengthen ARC Arise Consulting's service offering.

ARC Arise Consulting strengthens its position with the acquisition of Oceans

Over the past year, we have assisted Erntströmgruppen with the purchase of a total of three Norwegian companies. With the purchase of Heat Technology, Ernstömruppen is taking further steps in the area of thermal energy and better use of electricity from renewable sources.
