Since its inception in 2021, Falk has established itself as a trusted specialist in compliance and accounting services for Norwegian asset managers within the alternative investment and mutual funds market. Becoming part of GYB strengthens Falk’s capabilities and expands its Nordic reach, with a combined team of around 65 experts and assets under administration of approximately SEK 175 billion.
With continuity of leadership, clients will benefit from enhanced expertise and a broader service offering across Norway, Sweden and Denmark. From 2026, Falk will be rebranded as GOT YOUR BACK Norway, further uniting the group as it continues its Nordic growth journey.
