On 18 March, Danish software developer EG A/S announced that the company has acquired all the shares in Holte AS - a Norwegian company that develops and supplies software solutions to the construction industry in Norway.
The acquisition is part of EG's ambitious strategy to digitize the construction industry in Scandinavia and is one of several transactions EG has completed since it was acquired by Francisco Partners in 2019. The press release from EG is available here.
