Arntzen de Besche is proud to have assisted Ecofisk, a company aiming to establish a state of the art land based fish farming facility in Espevik in Western Norway, with raising its first round of equity capital from external investors. The investors include both technology suppliers and industrial players.
Ecofisk is initially planning a new land-based grow-out facility of 5,000 tonnes, and holds a license for producing up to 40,000 tonnes.
The team from Arntzen de Besche has consisted of Vidar Løhre and Knut Martinsen.
Arntzen de Besche has been and is currently involved in several pioneering salmon farming projects, both land-based and offshore-based.
