Skaug is part of the Procurement and Competition law department.
Skaug primarily provides legal assistance in relation to European and Competition Law, especially mergers and acquisitions and establishment of joint ventures as well as in cases regarding anti-competitive collaboration and abuse of dominant position. She also provides legal assistance within market law and public procurement.
She has previously worked as legal director at the Norwegian Competition Authority, the European Commission and a foreign law firm. She has been a member of several law committees, the most recently was NOU 2013:6 Law on unfair trading practices in the food supply chain.
