Wettly is part of the Technology and Innovation department.
She works mainly within intellectual property law and data protection, including counseling to start-ups, contract drafting within research and development, intellectual property rights strategy, dispute regarding violation of intellectual property rights and breach of marketing law, as well as compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Wettly is frequently speaker at diverse data protection seminars for local businesses, research and health sector, both in English and in Norwegian.
Wettly assists also in private international law cases, and more particularly in cases which are related to the French legal system and language. Wettly has a Master in law from France and works as an associate in Norway.
