Carl Philip F. Fleischer is part of the Dispute Resolution, Litigation and Construction department.
Fleischer assists both Norwegian and foreign companies as well as private individuals with dispute resolution and litigation before the regular courts and the arbitration courts. He regularly argues cases before the district courts and courts of appeal.
Most of the cases are within business law, contract law, law of damages, corporate law, directors’ liability, insolvency, investigation, property law, real estate, the Alienation Act, the Housing Construction Act, construction law, public administration law, the Planning and Building Act and expropriation.
Fleischer regularly assists in cases concerning legal enforcement of monetary claims, arrest and temporary injunction. Fleischer also has experience within criminal law. He occasionally assists in criminal cases involving individuals or corporate entities.
Fleischer is engaged in environmental law. His experience includes cases involving the Nature Diversity Act and the Norwegian Constitution’s environmental provision. He also has expertise on the Act relating to firearms and ammunition, and the Wildlife Act / hunting rights.
