Camilla Laastad is a senior lawyer in the construction group in Oslo and is specialised in dispute resolution and contract law, with a particular emphasis on building and construction contracts.
She assists building owners, contractors and advisers in all phases of a construction project, with anything from contract negotiations and project support, to non-conformity management, settlement negotiations and litigation assignments for the courts.
Camilla has accumulated experience within several related fields and industries. She has been a lawyer in the Usbl housing cooperative, which has provided her with experience in property law and general contract law. In this role, she worked with issues related to housing cooperatives, tenancy agreements, easements and restrictive covenants, and construction contracts. She has also been a group legal counsel in Viking Life-Saving Equipment A/S in Denmark. Her work here included contract review and dealing with compliance matters.
