Two new partners in Arntzen de Besche

It is with great pleasure we announce that Jon Martin Atkinson and Tor Kristian Lånke joins as partners from July 1, 2016.

Jon Martin Atkinson
Jon Martin Atkinson started in Arntzen de Besche in 2013 and has specialist expertise in corporate law, transactions (M & A) and restructuring processes. He has extensive experience in assisting in all stages of the purchase and sale of businesses, restructuring of businesses and equity processes, particularly relating to investments in early stage enterprises / venture capital. Jon also regularly litigates cases in the courts.

Jon has previous experience from Selmer law firm.

Tor Kristian Lånke
Tor Kristian Lånke started in Arntzen de Besche in 2010. Tor Kristian is associated to our construction group in Trondheim and has specialist expertise in the onshore and offshore construction law and public procurement. He has experience in assisting contractors, suppliers, builders and other employers relating to commercial construction and production contracts in all project phases, including tendering processes. He also has experience litigating major contract disputes in court.

Tor Kristian has previous experience in the legal department of the oil company BP Norway AS, and he has been Deputy Judge at Sør-Trøndelag District Court.

Tommy Dahlen back to Arntzen de Besche

Tommy Dahlen primarily works with transactions and general counselling for technology and knowledge-based companies as well as universities and colleges. This includes advice related to the creation and protection of intellectual property rights (IPR), including the preparation and implementation of national and international protection strategies. Tommy also advises a number of private and public clients in issues related to IT contracts. Tommy has for several years worked with the internationalization and commercialization of technology through licensing and sale of patents and other intellectual creations and assists a number of businesses in connection with the monitoring of violations of intellectual property rights, both nationally and internationally .

Tommy was partner in Arntzen de Besche from 2009-2015 and has otherwise nearly 10 years experience in law firm Schjødt.
