Siril Visnes new partner in Arntzen de Besche

It is a great pleasure to welcome Siril as a new partner in Arntzen de Besche as of 15 June 2020. She will join our Banking, Finance and Insolvency department which counts eight partners and is among Norway’s largest banking and financing departments.

Siril has extensive experience with financing transactions across industries, and has managed several complex cross border transactions over the last few years. She has significant experience from restructuring mandates and has assisted several leading banks in complex restructuring processes. 

Further, Siril has worked with product development of factoring and receivables purchase programs, cash management systems, leasing arrangements, guarantee facilities and overdraft facilities, and has extensive experience in advising on issues relating to the aforesaid products.  

Siril has worked as an attorney for 14 years, and has experience from Thommessen, DNB’s in-house legal department and BAHR. In addition to being a lawyer, Siril is a Certified European Financial Analyst and holds an MBA in Finance from the Norwegian School of Economics.
