Iceland-Norway Seafood Capital Markets seminar

We are very pleased to have completed a successful seminar in Reykjavik with close to 4o participants learning more about the various aspects of a listing in Norway, from investor environment and opportunities for access to equity funding, through the legal and financial aspects of a listing process.

As the world’s largest stock exchange for seafood companies, the Oslo Stock Exchange enjoy a unique position for companies in the seafood sector. Companies from all over the world turn to the Norwegian market to raise capital, access liquidity for their shares and benefit from a range of world-leading investment research coverage available in Oslo. Investors look to the Oslo market for access to high-quality Norwegian and international companies. With the recent Icelandic lift in capital control, Icelandic companies may benefit from the opportunities offered by the Norwegian capital markets.

Speakers at the seminar were Marianne Sahl Sveen from Arntzen de Besche, Lars Jacob Braarud from the Oslo Stock Exchange, Alexander Aukner from DNB Markets, Bjørn Tore Foss from EY Norway and Olafur Arinbjorn Sigurdsson from LOGOS.

We thank our partners from the Oslo Stock Exchange, DNB Markets, EY Norway, LOGOS and the Norwegian-Icelandic Chamber of Commerce for great cooperation in connection with the seminar.
