In the area of company law, Ramsland has assisted numerous large corporate groups to restructure their businesses. This includes assessing potential alternative models and implementing the measures required under company law to achieve the desired organisational structure. This type of assistance also interfaces with other legal areas, such as tax law, finance law relating to loan capital agreements and employment law. He has frequently act as project manager for this kind of major restructuring processes to ensure a complete delivery and a successful outcome.
