Kristine Farestvedt Nesse

Nesse works with public procurement and competition law.

Kristine has practical experience from public procurements in the Norwegian Armed Forces, where she has assisted in and executed strategic tender processes on behalf of the Norwegian Defence Logistics Organisation.

She wrote her master thesis on the subject Norwegian contract law and it had the title ‘the bank’s duty of loyalty towards the consumers».

Kristine studied special courses on subjects related to EU law at the Jagiellonian University of Krakow, Poland.
