Kasandra Byberg

Byberg has extensive experience in the field of commercial law, including employment and contract law. She has considerable experience as an advocate, as well as experience as a deputy judge in both the Oslo District Court and the Stavanger District Court.

Byberg primarily provides private sector employers with advice, negotiating assistance and representation in court in connection with the termination of employment contracts and downsizing. She has extensive experience of framing employment contracts.
