Daniel Antonsson

Antonsson works at our M&A department and mainly assists with transactions, company law, capital markets and general contract law. He assists Norwegian and international clients with acquisition and divestment of businesses, restructurings and capital market transactions. He has assisted in a number of major transactions, including acquisitions of listed companies and listings.

As an advisor, Daniel is professionally skilled, committed and conscientious. He is committed to listening to his client's needs and is a good team player. Clients particularly appreciate his availability and fast deliveries.

As a part of his master's degree, Daniel has specialised in tort law, specifically professional liability.
