Camilla Laastad

Laastad specialises in dispute resolution and contract law, with a particular emphasis on building contracts. She assists property owners, building contractors and consultants in all phases of a building project. This includes contract negotiation, day-to-day project advice and final settlement, defect management, dispute resolution negotiations and litigation through the courts.

Laastad has experience of several adjacent professional and business areas. She previously worked as a lawyer for the cooperative housing association Boligbyggelaget Usbl, where she dealt with issues relating to housing units and cooperative housing associations, tenancy agreements, easements and construction contracts. As general counsel at Viking Life-Saving Equipment A/S in Denmark, she also worked on contract reviews and compliance issues, among other things.
