Anne Kathrine Sande

Sande assists Norwegian and international clients in connection with the acquisition and sale of companies and other company law matters, including listing processes and issuance of bonds. Anne is also part of AdeBs' anti-money laundering team and has experience from a secondment at the Oslo Stock Exchange where she worked in the Compliance- and Market Surveillance department. At the Oslo Stock Exchange, Anne worked with risk & compliance, anti-money laundering and GDPR, in addition to assisting with ongoing legal issues.

Sande wrote her Master’s thesis within contract law with the title: «Contract binding through negotiations- the boundary between non-binding negotiations and contractual attachment through the model of successive binding». Further Sande took three special topics within her master degree: Individual labor law, construction contracts and International Environmental law.
