Anette Walaker Hansen

Hansen is specialised within corporate law and M&A. She mainly assists clients with mergers, acquisitions, reorganisations and general corporate and contract law issues. In addition, Anette has several years of experience within Norwegian and international tax law, and has regularly advised mulitnational enterprises on transfer pricing issues. Anette holds a Master's degree in Law from the University of Bergen and a Postgraduate Diploma in International Finance Law from Queen Mary University of London.

What we have done

We have assisted EG A/S in the acquisition of PatientSky’s SaaS and App business

We are delighted to have assisted EG in its acquisition of PatientSky SaaS Norway AS and PatientSky App AS. The transaction values the business at between NOK 850 million and NOK 900 million.

Arntzen de Besche have assisted Abilia with the acquisition of Cognita AS

We are pleased to have assisted Abilia, a subsidiary to MedCap, in their agreement to acquire the company Cognita AS. The transaction will further strengthen Abilia’s position in the Nordics within digital assistive products.

Arntzen de Besche assisted Sweco with the purchase of Arcasa Architects

Arcasa Arkitekter has 70 employees and had a turnover of NOK 125 million in 2021. With this acquisition, Sweco's architecture division will become the country's third largest architectural office with 180 employees under the brand name Sweco Architects.

Arntzen de Besche have assisted Pandion Energy AS in the merger with Pandion Energy Norge AS (previously ONE-Dyas Norge AS)

We are proud to have acted as legal advisers to Pandion Energy AS in this merger. The merger was approved by the Ministry of Petroleum and Energy on 14 October 2022, and was completed 1 November 2022.
