Assists Electromagnetic Geoservices ASA in private placement

Arntzen de Besche has assisted Electromagnetic Geoservices ASA in the preparations for and implementation of a private placement of NOK 153 million. The placement is conducted as a private placement towards Norwegian and foreign investors. In addition, a subsequent repair offering was conducted.
