New Managing Partner in Arntzen de Besche
Thomas Nordby is the new Managing Partner of Arntzen de Besche as of 01.01.2010
Kåre I. Moljord has withdrawn as the company's Managing Partner, after 5 years in the fixed term position. He continues as partner in the company with emphasis on counselling and litigation within the areas of corporate, accounting and tax law and is affiliated with the business group Commercial Law, Litigation and Dispute Resolution.
"My term is over, and I now hand on the baton to Thomas. These have been rewarding and stimulating years for AdeB, and I am confident that Thomas will lead the firm into a new phase in an excellent manner. I wish him the best of luck. I myself now look forward to working as a "real" lawyer again” says Kåre.
The new Managing Partner is Thomas Nordby. Mr. Nordby has previous experience from the EFTA court and the Norwegian Office of the Attorney General. At Arntzen de Besche he has special expertise and responsibilities within the areas of state aid, public procurement and EU law in general. In addition, he is affiliated with the Litigation and Dispute Resolution business group.
