Changes in the Companies Act enacted - a reduction of the required minimum share capital
By an amendment to the Private Limited Liability Companies Act (the “Companies Act”) passed on 16 December 2011, the minimum share capital requirement was lowered from NOK 100,000 to NOK 30,000. The amendment will be effective from 1 January 2012.
The Norwegian Budget 2012
The Norwegian Government introduced the State Budget 2012 6 October 2011. As part of this budget, the Government proposed amendments to Norwegian tax legislation, Prop. 1 LS (2011-2012).
